About Cerrie

Welcome. I am Cerrie, a Brisbane based qualified Health and Nutrition Coach. ​

I became curious about how everyday things like food, movement, and environments made me feel from a very young age. 

We are often on auto-pilot as we get about our day, sparing little thought to how all the small things amount to the big things that could be contributing to us feeling like crap. 

Through years of practice - which have included many failures and frustrations - I have learned so much about these seemingly unimportant things and realise how powerful they are. 

Throughout my studies of environmental health, I also learned that toxins in the home have a big impact on our overall well-being. 

As a parent and partner, I like to keep my family safe by making informed decisions about the food we eat and the products we use in and around our home. Limiting exposure to harmful chemicals positively affects our overall health, wellness, and environment.

My extensive experiences - both good and bad - have led me here, wanting to share my knowledge and practice with others. 

I believe that every individual should have at least the most basic knowledge about how to live a healthier life and improve the quality of their experiences. In many cases, it’s simple changes and small tweaks that can make the biggest difference. 

When we improve the way we live our lives, we also naturally improve the lives of those around us—what a wonderful way to contribute to our close relationships and the greater community.
